The Birth Of Our Beloved Room
When a popular and long running trivia room, #Triviazone, closed down in 2002, two of it's regular players, Data & Darthboom decided to start a new trivia room, #TriviaStation. It was a very popular trivia room on the net and many friendships were made amongst the regular players in the room ... many remain friends to this day!
A couple years down the track and a change of a room name once again occurs ... and the #TriviaBar&Grill is born!
Stranger the room founder sadly passed away in 2007Keeping the room alive is our OP's ^Rabbit, oldboy, _Roman and ^foxy^. Their ongoing mission will be to keep TriviaBar&Grill open and enjoyable the way that Stranger made it from the very day it opened.........
Who Is Invited
Over the years the room has become a meeting place for many players around the world and many more friendships have been forged.
Our chat room epitomises the modern age. The notion of a large family all living in one room spanning the entire globe, didn't figure in George Orwell's vision of the future!
Nevertheless, we have it ... a diverse group of individuals brought together through a chance meeting in cyberspace, all striving for a common goal - to achieve "supremus hyper digitis" [Latin] which roughly translated as the super-human ability for fingers to type at the same speed as the brain can think.
On a scale of 1 to 10, the contribution of those stranded on level 1 is just as important and welcome as the fast-fingered family members. We will all be on a level playing field one day when the keyboard becomes obsolete ... replaced by the direct global lobotomy cable interface ... George Orwell huh !! - he had no idea!
